done before in my life in a gym or in competition...no problem. Because I

broke a State record I got a 4th lift, but alas 215 crushed me. I'm still

well pleased with my progress. While I lift differently that most folks on

this list, I credit this list for keeping me focused on better food choices,

which for me equals better fuel choices. (Actually it's better fuel choices

for every one isn't it?) The last meet I attended I benched 192 as a max,

so yesterday was a very good day. BTW, I did this at the ripe old age of

47.

Bragging on a Sunday morning

I'm sure everyone knows that I compete in power lifting. I had a

contest yesterday, bench press only. My first lift was 195, no problem,

the second lift was 205, also no problem. The third lift was 210, which

I had never done before in my life in a gym or in competition...no

problem. Because I broke a State record I got a 4th lift, but alas 215

crushed me. I'm still well pleased with my progress. While I lift

differently that most folks on this list, I credit this list for keeping

me focused on better food choices, which for me equals better fuel

choices. (Actually it's better fuel choices for every one isn't it?)

The last meet I attended I benched 192 as a max, so yesterday was a very

good day. BTW, I did this at the ripe old age of 47.
