Guest guest Posted August 6, 2007 Report Share Posted August 6, 2007 Jen's Weigh-In for Monday 8/6/07January 1, 2006: *209.8*LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 201.0 THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 201.0LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: Stayed the same MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 25.33 milesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 380 minutes 5% Weight Loss Goal:199.31 10% Weight Loss Goal: 188.82 Waist Goal: 30 inches ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT RANGE: 97 - 123 lbs I stayed the same this week which is a lot better than gaining weight.
