Guest guest Posted August 1, 2007 Report Share Posted August 1, 2007 Okay, I've seen what you do for the rotation (never joined a rotation in my life, don't have a clue what I'm doing, but am thinking about it because I actually have some of the things mentioned!) Like I already told you, I have: Ab Ripper 100 (still in shrink wrap) Ab Ripper 200 (still in shrink wrap) Power Half Hour Thigh Trimmer (still in shrink wrap) Power Half Hour Ab Burner (still in shrink wrap) Sweat! Cardio 1-2 (with ab ripper 100 included) Sweat! Cardio 3-4 (with ab ripper 200 included) Then... I also found Great Stretch by Beach Body. It says " also on this video, Great Buns and Great Arms " . I haven't previewed this one, so I really don't know what's on here, but it looks like I have 3 more workouts here on this tape (one of them being the stretch). First: Does anyone have any words of wisdom about the arms and buns on this last video (are they good, etc) and second: Would all of these be enough to join in on your rotation, or am I really missing in some area?
