(I sent this a few days ago but it never posted, strange):

Well, I've done a lot of reading and I'm so excited to be finishing

up my 12 weeks I'm going to go for Sonya's psycho diet! I started

this morning. It's not as crazy as I thought, I still get my

fruit/oatmeal for 2 of the meals. My initial goal is to make it 5

days on this diet (well, today I want to make it 6 meals... then

tomorrow... etc). I couldn't believe how silly I was being about

giving up dairy, but I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and here

I am, outside of it! I even enjoyed coffee with Splenda today

(instead of FF SF creamer or as a latte).

I'm willing to see how it goes, and if it's too much I will go back

to my old menus. No grumpiness allowed, my family deserves a

smiling face! I did end up gaining some water weight from my new

pill so I'm hoping this will resolve that issue by 4/14, the

official end of my first full challenge! On 4/17 I begin Challenge

2 and I will definately go back to my yummy BFL menus.

Anyway, just wanted to share and post my mini goal of making it 5

days. I can do it! Wish me luck. I read Heyrman's notes

and I was inspired. I think the fun of all of this is to see how

far and how much am I willing to do. What can I fit into my daily

life to transform myself? I've been shocked at what I've already

done!

I may not turn heads at the beach, but I'm going to have MY best

body! I am going to do it. It already feels very good.

Have a great day getting your best body!

Jami

Update: Ok, I did this yesterday and besides feeling tired, I was

not grumpy at all. My mom told me I had a carb hangover and it'll

be gone in a few days, to just ride it out. This morning I was as

energized as ever and was able to do a fantastic LBWO. So far so

good.
