Guest guest Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 I am really trying to post my workouts daily so I do a workout :)Today I am suppose to get strength in but with weather, work etc I had to do it in segments.I did 30 exercises - 1 mn each (sorta following Austin's 12 moves in 12 min)On bosu I did1) side lunges2) each side3) rear lunges4) side kicks5) each side6) rear kicks7) each side8) rowsthen I think I did ??9) bicep curls10) tricep presses11) hammer curls12) tricep kick backs13) shoulder presses14) chest presses15) chest flys16) bridges17) dead lifts18) front shoulder raises19) lateral shoulder raises20) regular lunges21) donkey kicks22) each side23) hydrant kicks24) each side25) bridges26) crunches27) rear crunches28) push ups29) rear shoulder raises30) ??
