Kombucha one year old..will brew ok?

Hello.

About one year ago I stopped brew kombucha...I stored few bottles and

today I started another time brew kombucha with the kombucha of one of

these bottles...smells as really vinegary, but seems good.

Someone has tried brew kombucha before using an old kombucha?
