Guest guest
Hi everyone I am pretty new to this list and to kombucha brewing. My first batch is nearly ready. It's winter here and it's been brewing for 2 weeks. I read that kombucha is good for arthritis. My 80yo father has nasty arthritis which causes him a lot of pain. He has never had kombucha before and pretty much eats a normal diet, except I have got him onto milk kefir recently. I told him about kombucha and he would like to try it, but how much should he have, and when? Ie 3 times a day? With meals? On and empty stomach? 1st thing in the morning? What would a therapeutic dose be and how quickly should he work up to that? thanks! Emma
