Guest guest Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 The last few days I've been feeling like I was on the verge of the flu, but never full blown flu. I knew I wasn't capable of pulling off CLX3 on Friday, so I rested. Saturday was Flex Appeal and Lotte Berk: Muscle Eats Fat. I hadn't done Lotte Berk before and I really like it. It sort fo reminded me of the exercises in Joyce Vedral's book Bottom's Up. Today I cautiously took on CLX 3 finally. I had to lighten my weights on a couple of things and I had to really watch my balance, but I finally got through. I rounded out the day with YBB: Goddess Booty which I have not yet done before.
