Do you think there would be a flavor difference if KT was to brew slower and

cooler instead of hotter and faster?

I was just thinking how some food tastes better when it's slow cooked etc...

Just wondered if KT was the same way?

I've had mine on a heating pad on medium and it's read in about 6-7 days, I

was wondering if I droped the heat to low and let it go a day or two longer

if there'd be any taste difference?

Anyone ever experimented with this sort of thing? Or do you think time and

heat doesn't really matter?
