Scoby Hanging Out On Jar Bottom

Hello,

I'm on my second brew and notice that my mother and babies are now hanging out

on the jar bottom for day three.  Should I be concerned?    If not, can anyone

tell me why this happens?   Could it simply be an adjustment from one brew to

another?

I had added about 1 cup of the original brew to the top after gently adding the

scoby's.  My tea mixture is the same, as is the sugar, and the temp was good. 

Everything is being stored in the same " home " as my first batch which is inside

an empty bedroom closet.
