Guest guest
One person at the Chiropractor's saw my brewed tea and said it looked like swamp water! I told him it was the best tasting swamp water in the world, then gave him some of the tea leaves so he can taste for himself! I wouldn't be surprised if most of the " health benefit " of antioxidants in freshly steeped tea actually came from waiting patiently for the water to boil and then watching the tea bring forth its pigment. I am reminded that, in some lands, these magical moments are celebrated with a ceremony! > > Eve > >
