Judy, WE CAN DO THIS!  12 lbs by 7/30 will be challenging, but it's doable!  I think you do great especially considering all the travel you do!  For me I will need to watch my carbs more closely again and really watch the wine. I've been doing remarkably well with food, eating clean has become a habit.  Oh sure, when I'm pms-ing I might have a chocolate doughnut from Starbucks or pig out on pizza but it's only like twice a month where I eat something atrocious like that. 

I like eating clean. While the food isn't always " exciting " there is a lot you can do with spices to keep it low cal and tasty and I like waking up with energy as opposed to a brain fuzz if I've had a bottle of wine the night before. 

I'm grateful gave me this challenge, it is extra incentive for me to work hard and it also helps if you are doing it with me, Chicka!Hugs!
