Guest guest Posted July 7, 2010 Report Share Posted July 7, 2010 Wow it was 80degrees when I left at 5:30AM to go to my spin class.. needless to say a was soaking wet 60min later. I threw in some 40 sec sprints with only 20 sec recovery (4 times) followed by 2 min flat and then on a hill ... then did it with 30 sec sprint and 15 sec recovery 1 min flat and bigger hill... it was fun. I burned ~600 cal with 135 ave and max of 170 (this includes my abs... I always forget to shut off my HRM after cooldown and I always stay and do about 15 min of ab work before I go)trying to drop that weight I gained and get back to the negative sidejudy in DC Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
