Guest guest Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 Well, from reading my notes from last time I did this one to now, I feel like i have improved It was hard, but didn't kill me like I made it out to sound last time I upped some of my weights, but also kept some the same. I missed Cathe's timer in the plyo portions! I burned 576 calories with my average at 140. I feel crazy for saying it, but I like these plyo leg workouts (so far)..ask me again in three weeks. I also have a lot of DOMS today in the butt too! None in the legs though..crazy..Darcy Squats DB 35# Down- Up Jumps ( Love these) Front Lunge Same Leg (DB) 30, but only made it to 10 reps because of the speed Cathe was going.. Forward and back jumps - Side Lunge DB 30#Lateral Skates Leg Press (DB, High Step) 30# Split Jumps Back Lunge (DB) 30# Lateral Jumps 45 Degree Lunge 25# Slow Plie Jumps Deadlifts Wide Stance (DB) 35# Squat Jumps Static Lunge (BB) 25# Half Turn Jumps 8lb (I think these are the hardest for me, they seem to last forever) One Leg Sit N Slide with Paper Plates 25#Plyo Jacks Plie Squats Alternating Hand (DB) 45# Tuck Jumps One Leg Elevated Lunges 25# Half Turn Jumps 8# Sit N Stands (DB) 25# Power Scissors Alternating Sequential Lunge Into Front Kick Combo 20# (could have maybe went up to 25#) Slow Air Jacks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
