Guest guest Posted February 9, 2001 Report Share Posted February 9, 2001 Just wanted to put out a warning....hubby and I decided to purchase some weights off of FogDog and it has been a hassle ever since. Hubby placed the order and then I realized the weights wouldn't work for me. We emailed and called to cancel the order to have the response that it was already in the system....it couldn't be cancelled just refuse the shipment. We'll 6 days later I came home to find the box sitting on my doorstep, damaged. (It's kind of hard to refuse the package when they just leave it. I figured I had to sign for it since we had to pay an extra shipping charge...) We filled out the appropriate paperwork and dropped the damaged boxes off at a local shipping company, paid for new packing and return postage. It was shipped out 1/13. FogDog received the return on 1/17 and we have yet to receive a credit to our account. I have called repeatedly and they say give it a few more days...definitely by Monday (Jan 29, then Feb 5). I just tracked the package from my end and they received it and signed for it 1/17 at 11:59 am by someone named Hampton. Sooooo.... they are sitting with the product and 416$ of our money. We have sent emails that have had an " auto response " reply but have yet to find a solution to our delma. I owned a web based business and I can't believe the troubles I am having!
