I am sure the attendant will respond by saying " But the VAST MAJORITY of our customers LIKE them, " in which case I can say, " But you are driving away SOME of you customers with them. " Tom Administrator ARRGH! They have installed TV's at the gas station I regularly fuel up at and they are worse than annoying. Also, your KFC restaurants all serve mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuits ... AND ... you have THREE kinds of KFC chicken instead of just the basic Original recipe ... AND ... lots of weird sauces to add ... AND ... well, unless you have been to a KFC in Canada you don't really know how very different and confusing your KFC's are in America are. Oh my! Your 'medium' size orders in America are our 'super' size orders in Canada. Talk about transitions and changes! :-o But we survived although I think the cashier at Popeye's in Southern Illinois really didn't appreciate the fact that I could not for the life of me make heads or tails of her accent.
