CMS has posted the instructions to Medicare contractors regarding how to

process claims for dermal injections for facial lipodystrophy. I'm

attaching a link to those instructions below. Please note that these

instructions are written for the Medicare contractor, it is not language

that is generally helpful to the public but it is information that could

be forwarded to a physician's office. Please let me know if you have
