Guest guest
I take 2000 Units a day of this cheap supplement. I started with blood levels of 20 nanograms per deciliter and now I am up to 35 nanograms. Vitamin D further decreases in winter months when we do not get much sunshine.http://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/news/20100107/low-vitamin-d-has-a-role-in-heart-risk?src=RSS_PUBLIC Regards, Vergelpowerusa dot org
