Re.MEDICARE COVERAGE OF LYPOSUCTION FOR PUBIC LIPOHYPERTHROPHY

My partner,HIV positive for almost three decades, has been on a combo containing PIs and has developed Lipodistrophy..mainly lipohyperthrphphy ( increase fat mass)of the abdomen and the pubis. While the abdominal is only a cosmetic problem the pubic increase in fat has become functional since his penis is imbedded almost completely in the fat and causes him to have pain and ED.

Does anyone know if there is a procedure code suitable for Medicare coverage in case he should see a plastic surgeon for liposuction?

I know that Medicare has covered liposuction for liposuction for buffalo hum if it impairs mobility.
