Guest guest
linda: if by rubber tire stuff, you might be talking about rope-like stuff i have seen pictures of, here's my story[not necessarily my recommendation]: i was having digestive problems two months ago. my alt. doc suggested daily high dose vitamin c which i did for about ten days til i got tired of it...15-20 grams a day... did get bowels to move...like a mile a minute...then i quit. on my own, i did another ten days of high dose herbalfiberblend....that worked also...got lots of ugly stuff...then one day lo and behold about a seven inch piece of rope like material came out...washed it off...put it in alcohol in case any of my health care providers were interested...no takers so far. meantime i was having weekly colonics with an excellent hydrotherapist..i had the same question as you , about the colonoscopy bit. the hydrotherapist said it came from the small intestines [which explains a small diameter...about 1/2-3/4 " ]. the following week at one of our colonic sessions, the " dam broke " ...big release..most she'd ever seen from me and all colors...definitely a large toxin dump...session went overtime by 20 minutes! that's my story. probably not a geat protocol, but it worked for me......dick > > I'm trying to resolve a conflict in my mind, and it occurs to me that the excellent minds in this > group might have the answers.... > > When we talk about colon cleanses, I keep hearing or reading about all the gunk that is impacted > into the colon, causing all kinds of health problems. " There is one inexpensive product that will help immediately. The name is, Colon Cleanse Formula by Swanson. It is mostly fiber with some probiotics and vitamins. Cost about $ 7.00 per pound. It is natural orange flavored and takes only a minute to prepare and drink. I eat lots of fruit, fiber, and trail mix, have no problems. You would be surprised as to why I use this product. Instead of six to 8 bowel movements per day, it will reduce the number to 3 or 4. I also use probiotics, digestive enzymes, and eat yogurt every day. I have read that 60% of the immune system comes from the gut. Also, the statement about " The Brain in the Gut " got my attention. Some claim that the gut sends 30 times more messages to the brain, than the brain sends to the gut. Anything we can do to help digestion and gut performance is time and effort well spent.
