whats going on with Medicare and Lipo????

Yea, I called my Plastic Surgeon who has been doing my Sculptra for 3-4 yrs now. I know she also has other people of my status that she sees........and they had NO idea that this new law had been past. I sent her a few articles that I have gotten through here to them and they were shocked. They had heard nothing about it or anything. How much good is this new law if we don't have a code or know what to get the diagnosis for??? I am due for a refill come next month and not sure how to go about this....I know the PAP will say they will not help me anymore cause I have Medicare.....

, I know you are working really hard to figure all this out. Thank you for all your hard work and because of that we now have this bill. I still cant believe we actually got it....but I am wondering if you have found anything else out??? I don't want to have to delay doing my face again or I will have to start all over again...right now I have it perfect where just a few check ups a year is all I need...took a while to get to that point....

Anyway...I emailed my Dr. and they are looking into it. I was so shocked when they had no idea what I was talking about! She said they are going to do their best to try and figure out how to do all the legit paper work.....but I know Medicare and if you don't get things EXACTLY right nothing will go through.....

Do you have any suggestions for us...could you let us know what you have found out so far??? and if there is anything any of us can do to help???? I hate the fact that we now have finally got what we want and cant use it...LOL
