Guest guest
Not at all, I enjoyed reading your post, have the same symptoms. In fact, I, too, am planning a trip to North Central Arkansas for the same reason maybe around the 24th to the 26th. I think the color will be best about then. Enjoy and do well, Obie. **ozone therapy and CFS/and......OT...I think not And, there are things that work for one and do not work for another because you are facing challenges that you needed to face and maybe the lesson is not learned yet. Maybe it is not you are lazy or? maybe you just did not " get it " yet. And the way things are in this world now, maybe longevity would not be the rosiest scenario??? . I like the way Donna has described her search for health. I But, I have an adult child and I hope to be here to help her in trying times. She bought me a lovely book for my birthday, we buy childrens books alot for each other as the lessons/meanings can be so profound or touching, it is called The Gift of Nothing, by McDonnell:), though not a childrens book?? You know you are broken when you lose the ability to cry tears and the ability to dream, or remember dreams. These things happened to me but they have returned in part, the dreams are not consistent. We go on our fall foliage trip in a couple weeks(I hope), now THAT is medicine:), buried in the Ozark mtns. On my birthday, I drove away from the city towards the greener east and after I had driven four hours, as far as I can go away in one day and get back home in time for evening chores, after that amount of time, the weight is dramatically lifted(I am off the beaten path somewhat after one hour). I am not meant to live in the city for sure. Deb I hope I did not waste anyones time. OxyPLUS is an unmoderated e-ring dealing with oxidative therapies, and other alternative self-help subjects. Guest guest
It's called " feeding your spirit. " I am blessed to live in a very beautiful place. This time of year I like to go up by the ski lodge just to look the changing Fall leaves. Sooooooo soothing. You can actually take the lift and have a birds' eye view of it all. Breathtakingly beautiful! Obie, caretakers are notoriously known for NOT taking care of themself. So often there is no choice as one will be the sole care giver. It makes me happy to hear you will have some time to 'tend' to yourself. Do take care. Warmly, Gail > > Not at all, I enjoyed reading your post, have the same symptoms. Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I don't know if this applies to you, but it is something to certainly think about. Dr. says not being able to dream or remember dreams is sometimes a result of a B6 deficiency. He is the author of Adrenal Fatigue. Might want to look into that as anybody under relentless stresses will put their adrenals into fatigue. With proper nutrition, a few supplements, & life-style changes recovery is easily attainable. Take care, Gail > You know you are broken when you lose the ability to > cry tears and the ability to dream, or remember > dreams.
Guest guest
People are advised to take so much B6, that they remember 3 dreams every morning. An ionizer, next to the bed, usually works miracles as well ; vivid dreams in fantastic colors. An excellent ionizers is from Elanra ; unfortunately it is quite expensive. Guest guest
This is what I use. This is the one Ed Mcabe recommended to me. Hmmm. Never realized such things were associated with dreams. http://www.toolsforhealing.com/products/Ozone/Products/KleenAir2500CommercialRes\ ..html Dirk Chardet <chardetalvares@...> wrote: People are advised to take so much B6, that they remember 3 dreams every morning. Guest guest
Gail and Obie, I see we are somewhat kindred spirits. On topic, the oxygen is much better where we desire to go:). Obie, last year they said was the best color year in forever in AR. Of course, we went to TN last year . Here is a lovely website with tons of beautiful health inspiring photography of AR. I have some suggestions he gave me Obie of off the beaten path routes to take if you want me to send it to you. http://mooremonkeys.com/ I hope you all visit and get inspired:) Thank you for the suggestions on dreaming. I am in constant stress with my very ill husband so it is right on. Deb --- wanda85929 <wanda85929@...> wrote: > It's called " feeding your spirit. Guest guest
Deb, I'd love to receive it. And my touch upon your heart, Deb; never give up with him. If God didn't know you were capable to doing this, He would have given you something easier, don't I know. My Lady was injured in a hospital foo-pah and remains irreversibly brain damaged, a great loss to a hurting world, what a wonderful Lady she was. Try to have as many diversions as you can be interested in. Sometimes all we need is to get away for just a moment; 'specially when stress is mounting. If you have several diversions, you can leave momentarily, do the distraction of your choice at the moment, let your mind rest a little for that moment and you're good to go; back to the grind. I know you're serving Him, He will not forget you, believe me. Obie. Re: Re: **ozone therapy and CFS/and......OT...I think not Gail and Obie, I see we are somewhat kindred spirits. Guest guest
Oh, by the way, you think the Oxygen is better in TN than Arkansas? Guest guest
I live in Arkansas and those pictures are a good representation of some of our prettier spots. jp > I see we are somewhat kindred spirits.
