I did some ear insufflation but not as long as you, and recently

had drainage down my throat and my left ear stopped up. I developed

a sinus infection. I don't think the insufflation had anything to do with it,

but I was

a little afraid and stopped the insufflations for the time being.

Hi all,

I have been doing ear insufflations again for about 8 weeks. At first my

right one oozed a thick gray

matter that had a very bad odor. Saul said he thought I had a fungus in the

sinus area. i moved

my time back to 30 seconds. Then my left ear became very swollen and sore

on the outside

and down my neck. My right ear was already sore. For 4 days I couldn't

sleep on either side because

of the pain. I quit the insufflations a week ago because of all of this

PLUS both ears have been stopped up

for over 2 weeks due to all of the internal swelling...I guess.. Now have a

lot of pressure on my cheek

bones like I have a sinus infection and have a slight chill and fever.

Has anyone had this awful thing to happen while trying to eliminate whatever

is the problem??

thanks,

Edith

Thanks Saul,

Do you think since it's been a week since I have done ear insufflations

that the prior ozone work is still doing it's thing? and this is causing

the fever

etc? I just didn't think it would last this long.

I have been thru Herxhiemers many times before while on juice fasts.

A couple times I thought I would not survive but none ever dealt with my

head.

Thanks again,

Edith

Donna,

No I don't......I've been laying on the floor with my head under the FIR Dome

off and on most of the day. That seems to help with the pain.

when I start feeling better, guess I'll go back to 15 seconds per ear

per day. I wanted to " get well " before school started but looks like I

won't.

Thanks for the thought,

Edith

Dear Edith,

The fever is caused by your body dealing with the fungus issue. That is the

body's mechanism for healing. Not a lot of fun, but effective in the end.

Once the body has set off down that path it is VERY difficult to persuade it

to stop, since that is its natural tendency.

Eventually it will give up and the fever will subside, but a small amount of

ozone will rev it up again, because the body never forgets where it was, and

what jobs need to be done. Clever thing, the body...

Just go with the flow and let it do its thing, and you will emerge on the

other side in better health.

Did I miss any cliches......?

Hey Edith,

At my best healing challenges (pretty positive spin I can put on it now that

it is in the past:-)) I could only do 30 seconds once ever week or so. That

little amount would result in stuff pouring out of my ears, soaking towels

in the night and matting my hair for days! The pain and itching and burning

were unbearable. I didn't have protease back then so I just toughed it out,

it was horrible ummm I mean great:-)

So do what you can tolerate, don't suffer anymore than you feel you need to

and know that you are doing great work.

Have you ever tried vaginal insufflation? I know for me now, when I do

vaginal, my nose and eyes water (shows the direct link). It might be a great

way to get ozone to that area without it being direct as it goes through the

lymph. just at thought.

Keep plugging, you are doing great work.

Dear Sherri-Lee and Saul,

I am writing to thank you for your support in my quest for health. You know

it can be a scarey thing. The reason I've been so concerned about this

ear/sinus/head issue is:

several years ago a friend of mine who had been diagnosed with candida

issues was

doing things to help with that. One night she woke up with a severe

headache, 105 temp

and her forehead was bulging. Her husband wanted to rush her to the

hospital

and that is exactly what mine would do. I know it was a healing crisis but

I don't want

one quite that severe.

I went back and checked that in Feb when I had the first crisis with ear

insufflations,

both of you jumped right in to reassure me. I guess when I felt like my face

was going to

explode with pain and had fever, my memory went out the window.

Thanks for holding my hand ......long distance of course,

Edith

Sherri-Lee,

I did them faithfully for awhile but the itching was much worse than in my

ears.

I'll try again and see if Protease helps with that.

Thanks for your reassuring words of wisdom and suggestions.
