Guest guest
Dave, I work for a law firm in Michigan and let's just say, I know the ropes. Get a lawyer that SPECIALIZES in social security disability. Don't get a general attorney that will take any case. Get the specialists. A good law firm will not cost anything up front, but will take 33-1/3 of the settlement. Believe me, it is worth it to have them do all the hassles and guide you through the nightmare process. They will know what the definite laws in your state are and all the loopholes. Let them work for you! Gav one year HepC in remission __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Jax, I'm glad you said it, because I have been trying to hold my tongue over here. Maybe if we leave the country and then sneak back in we can finally have access to the " government benefits " that we have paid into for all these years. > Dave, > > I work for a law firm in Michigan and let's just say, > I know the ropes. > > Get a lawyer that SPECIALIZES in social security > disability. Guest guest
Comments I read here is so typical, and informative to the odds takers that gamble on our lives, hoping a few more get fed up and quit all together. For each person that throws in their hat they are smiling at their new found fortune. Briefly My insurance was stopped and receiving notice 14 days after the fact. I'm in litigation, they know my finances, and now want $1,400 to extend it. What I'm cured and all is well after a period of time. I disagree with who ever said anger and self pity will get you no where, self pity your right, but anger (channeled properly) will make them take notice. Directing it at the system and who supports it, not the stiff have to serve us. Kids we live in a class system like it or not. Difference is there are many that came from where we are and do have a voice they just need to be informed what to say. Sitting back and waiting your turn keeps you waiting "ahh that was such a nice person he won't mind waiting), familiar, forceful not rude, after all what is our prognosis.
