O ccasionally I treat myself to a little cream. I have never tried Splenda though, is it like Nutrasweet? This is the only " vice " I have left. People can wean themselves off the milk, cream, sugar and other favorings if they want to! It is also GOOD for your teeth as opposed to damaging them ; ) Tastes just like sugar, comes granulated so that you can replace sugar in cooking recipes. There's no nasty aftertaste.
