Guest guest
Oh guys, I know I'm a pain in the butt with all of my questions. I just really have no other means of getting the information I need. Of course, I have yet another question as I'm sure I will have another tomorrow as well. My 12 year old son seems to be having some issues with age regression. I just got finished talking with him and we were both in tears. He was telling me (in a whiny, tearful voice) how much he missed the days when he was younger. He started to list out all the things he missed. It was really upsetting and although I have told myself that I wasn't going to cry in front of him anymore I still did. He doesn't seem to want me out of his sight. This is the same boy who pitches in tournaments on all star teams without batting an eyelash with the pressure. He is very outgoing...I guess this is just all part of the OCD we're dealing with right now. He follows me all around the house, is constantly checking on me. He's afraid something is going to happen to me. He worries about me constantly. Any suggestions?? Anybody else with this problem? Who knows if it's puberty, OCD, or the combination?
