Guest guest Posted December 6, 2007 Report Share Posted December 6, 2007 Hi everybody. So i've been super busy lately and have not been able to keep up with my KT brews; i've also just moved! So my issue is that i've got a bottle that was in the process of a second ferment (ie. sealed, and room temperature), and its been at room tempature for almost 3 weeks and i'm just wondering if this is safe to drink.
