long second ferment

Hi everybody. So i've been super busy lately and have not been able

to keep up with my KT brews; i've also just moved! So my issue is

that i've got a bottle that was in the process of a second ferment

(ie. sealed, and room temperature), and its been at room tempature for

almost 3 weeks and i'm just wondering if this is safe to drink. The

initial brew was fairly long and quite strong.
