To be safe you might want to take it yourself, everyone needs B-12 :-

). It might not be as potent, I doubt it will become toxic.

Since the weather is so hot and the shots have no preservatives, I

think I would follow Gayatri's advice and take it myself.

I would NOT inject my child with an MB12 shot that was not refrigerated. It's

not worth

the risk of injecting your child with bacteria IMO.

I would NOT inject my child with an MB12 shot that was not refrigerated. It's

not worth
