Hi Kirti,

We chelate with TD-DMPS and use Valtrex. Use liver support such as milk thistle and we routinely check the liver (every two months.)

hello all,

my son is three and half and we are chelating him with td-dmps and td-edta. we want to start valtrex for him and would like to know if there is anybody who has done valtrex in conjunction with td-dmps? did u at any point in time have to stop either one of them because of liver/kidney stress or any other reasons?

please share your experiences and help me decide whether to go ahead with valtrex or not. also, is there anybody who did valtrex without a prescription anti-fungal? my son's dan doctor feels he does not need a prescription anti-fungal right now. he is on natural anti-fungals.

thank you in advance.

Hi Kirti,

Sounds like you on the right track for his liver. Our dr. had Geena on rx antifungal-Nizarol for 2 weeks about 3 weeks prior to starting Valtrex. He then had us stop Nizarol and start Valtrex. I started reading this site after I started Valtrex and asked the dr. about continuing with an antifungal.-we did not have an antifungal probably for the first 2 weeks but had some great gains. We noticed some regression from the great gains and decided to start Nizarol-she is still doing well but has her ups and downs. At one point we decided to try Diflucan. We never saw any huge regressions. I don't know about natural antifungals, but I think having her on the Nizarol before we started Valtrex may have helped her initially. Hope this helps.

The trick is not to stop the antifungal strategy during Valtrex. It's very

clear there is a

relationship between viral and fungal therapies in working both seems to insure

more

frequent gains.

All I can say is that the most significant mistake made in antiviral therapy is

not using

antifungals at the same time. We see this mistake time and time again. I would

work to

avoid it by getting some diflucan or nizoral onboard at the same time.

Typically the

naturals just don't do the job well enough.
