I remember saying that the Wild Oats brand had a lot of alcohol

too...wouldn't this also feed yeast? Or am I getting the fermented

alcohol confused with " medicinal " ?

Alcohol actually tends to kill yeast, so I don't believe it would be

part of a yeast problem.

It's an interesting thought really.

Actually the fungus creates alcohol when it combines with sugar and

then the alcohol kills off the fungus to some degree... or at least

that's how it works with wine.

Grapes + Fungus = alcohol, then the alcohol kills off the fungus and

the poof... wine. Hmm... I'm kinda thirsty now.
