Guest guest Posted August 14, 2007 Report Share Posted August 14, 2007 I allowed a half gallon of apple cider to turn into vinegar and it was really awesome. All I did was buy organic cider that had no preservatives and was not pasteurized. I sat it in a glass crock. I covered with a cloth and rubber band. Then I ignored it for 6 months.
