We have reports from 3 psychiatrists at CAMHS stating that 's anxiety disorder and OCD are a direct result from being forced into mainstream school, he is now in a special school which is far from perfect and his OCD is now an ongoing legacy. The other thing is can we sue the EP who overstated his abilities based on the psychometric testing which placed him far lower and was far more comprehensive. I have contacted a human rights solicitor and waiting to hear back from them but wondered if anyone knew of anyone who had pursued something like this with our children.
