Pinch or rub up and down on the sides of your nose, between your eyes several times. 4. Put thumb and forefinger as close together as ppssob;e. and pinch across, pinching, above and below, your eyebrows several times. i took away one lady's migraine headache with this for a little while, but it came back later. II. To relax: l. Press 3 fingers up above each other in the center or your forehead (your 3rd eye). If you know where it is, use only one finger. Ha. 2. Press your first two fingers straight up under the corners of your mouth. Hold a few seconds. (this light up on Tv_ 3. Press those same two fingers straight up under your nostrils. Tell me if any of these help. i also use a bit of massage, hand acuppressure, seldom, foot reflexology, plus a little Reiki thrown in for good measure. Ha. Blessings on you All, LOve. MArge. P. S. I have one good testimonial for KT and headaches. In the past few months, two of my daughters have started brewing Kombucha Tea. The husband of the one in PA and my daughter went to Israel with Benny Hinn. Before they left and after their return, her husband had mini-strokes with confusion and very severe headaches. After drinking her Kombucha Tea, his headaches and confusion have all gone away.
