Okay I decided to come out of hiding temporarily :) I finished my

first 12 week challenge and am happy to report that I did pretty good.

From a size 22 to 16

down 21# scale weight (218 to 197)

BUT I removed 34.6 pounds of fat and gained 13.6 pounds of muscle. WOW

Down 0.75 inch on my arm

3 inches on chest

10.5 inches on waist

2.5 inches on hips

0.25 inches on my thighs

I did work with a trainer and am happy to report that I was able to

increase my strength and endurance beyond anything I ever thought I

would be able to. And I know this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I am REALLY happy with this progress.

Okay back to hiding :)
