MB.....Congratulations for PB on his upcoming First Communion. Gareth's was

with family but not with a class. Just family.....I think it would be

wonderful having it in your home, though. We did have a small party at home

afterwards.

<<We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made by the master chef (I didn't eat all day

so I could enjoy this) and enjoyed lovely company. Maddie, Alison, Duff,

and were all there. Maddie is indeed a wondrous ball dribbler. We

had a good time with her and got a few good giggles. >> What can I

Maddie took to Joan and Margaret right away, not a usual thing. I KNOW she

sensed immediately that she was *safe*....isn't that amazing!!!

Poor Margaret awoke this morning to a totally flat tire and so we had more

gab time while we waited for AAA to come (she only had a donut and both she

and Duff informed me you can't drive 3 1/2 hours on a donut...;-) As of

now, Margaret is on her way to Kennett Square to watch play rugby and

Joan is likely still on the plane. Safe traveling guys!!! >>

I made it home OK, Donna. Stopped and saw finish his first

game...they lost. His second game wasn't till 2:00, so I left at 12:45 to

spend time with Gareth. Got home to SC @4:15. got home at 6:30 with

his team.

<<The aide dragged him by his arms over 200 ft. to another wing of the school

and put him in this time-out room. He was hitting and spitting and they just

left him in there. I have my meeting tomorrow. i don't need to tell you that

I am a nervous wreck. I have an attachment on the IEP that specifically

states that there will be no physical restraint or touching Zeb in a physical

manner. What else can I do? I will let you know what happens. Charlyne>>

Get a good lawyer and file assault charges. Charlyne, you are dealing

with the same crap I put up with for 3 yrs. The district isn't going to

change unless YOU/JUDGE FORCE THEM TO CHANGE. The lawyer I had travels all

over the States fighting for kids. I hope everyone had a
