She recently graduated from Cactus Shadows High School, which helped her overcome attention-deficit hyperactivity and bipolar disorders. On Monday, opposing lawyers representing and Cain are scheduled to meet in Maricopa County Superior Court before Judge Bethany Hicks to argue the merits of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a state voucher program created last year.
