There are some interesting shirts on there but all I could

think was that I would be a BILLIONAIRE if I had trademarked " I love

someone with autism " back in 1998 when I created it since EVERYONE “borrowed”

it and used it to sell everything!

The one I can't believe they let on there was

" In memory of Autistic people murdered in the name of treatment.

F@#% your CURE! "

Where is the one about all the kids dying from vaccines,

ritalin, the myriad of psych drugs, etc. assholes.

I got an e-mail today from Cafe Press about their latest

line of

autism shirts. Included are a variety of style &

colors of shirts

that say Autism does not equal (can't type the symbol)

mercury

poisoning. Ignorance was mentioned...ick.

THANK YOU! I went to the site after that last e-mail to check them out and I saw that shirt. OMG! What are people thinking?

Wow Holly – the “in memory”

shirt got me blood boiling.

What about this crap:

“Happy to be Me”

“Autism Rocks”

“Autism is Amazing”

“Autism Princess”

“Living the bright side of autism”

“I love my autistic mind”

“I stim therefore I am”

I stopped after these. I am sure there

are more but I was getting sick.

WHAT THE HELL???  WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE??

Did your kid choose to become autistic because it is cool??

How about creating a shirt “Café Press is smoking crack when it comes

to autism merchandise”

I know it is not that catchy but…

You know there's an old saying in show biz:

All Press is Good Press

My first thought about the T-shirt's message is

"Thou doth protest too much"

(why give such concrete credence to a theory you

truly think is absurd?)

and secondly...What special interest faction inticed you monetarily to make that shirt?

Here's one for them:

Who Needs Sex?

I Have Autism!

This is autism identity theft. These people need to be called out for

the frauds that they are, stealing a named disability for their own

exploitation. Being a jerk on the spectrum does not make for autism.

Hmm, seems I've already made this point a few times. Ultimately,

however, I believe they are too socially inept to be a serious threat

as a group. It's more productive to rant about the CDC.

Janice Crabtree <billyandcolby@...> wrote: Ignorance was mentioned...ick. That really ticks me off. How dare they imply that parents with vaccine-damaged children are ignorant. let's see, child is fine until they get their shot. hmmm...i wonder what it could be? it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the shots are to blame in many of these cases.

I don't like reading the sayings from CafePress, but I think they have a right to print them. Everything I believe in- there is another group who believes the opposite. Some day it could be my son doing things like this and I want people to look at him with compassion and understanding...
