2 weeks of easing into BFL

After reading 's article " Body for Life for Cheaters and Binge

Eaters " I decided to give it a try. For the last few months I was

collecting all of this info on BFL and protein powders/shakes, etc.

So I had lots of details to get me started, plus the BFL Plan B

menu.

I didn't go overboard, only 1 Hershey Kiss per day, lots of veggies,

fruit, chicken and cottage cheese, gallons of water. So I was

starting as a cheater but I was at least starting. Better than what

I've been doing in the past.

This morning I could not take the suspense anymore and peeked at the

scale. Down 7 pounds since last Monday! OMG! Although I have a

long way to go, I feel better already. My back feels stronger, my

previously tight pants FIT, and I discovered I love hiking. After I

do my weight or cardio for the day, I follow it up with 20 minutes

of hiking.

Sorry to ramble on, but I had to vent. Thanks for all of the ideas,

hints and recipes on this site. I am going to finish up this week

of " Plan B " and next week I will start BFL by the book. Cannot wait

to see more results.
