Just posted photos. Really disappointed because the numbers look great

on paper and there is a big difference in how my clothes fit but I

still see a LOT of fat. I know there is muscle under there - I'll just

have to work much harder the next 12 weeks for it to show!

I'm off flying for 3 days - everyone have a great week!
