HIIT and leg pain

So friday I went to do my HIIT (which I looove doing!!!)and I had this

pulling up the side of my calf whenever I went into the running mode.

by the end of the weekend I could feel a numbness going all the way

down my leg w/ almost every step! So today I got on the treadmill

and started walking which was not that bad, but when I moved up the

jogging (my seven) my leg just screamed at me. So I stopped, but now

what to do? I feel really upset about this, because I have been

making great progress!!!
