Guest guest Posted June 2, 2007 Report Share Posted June 2, 2007 hi everyone - this evening i used minna lessig's '1 minute workout' dvd... i chose to do full body, level 1 for 48 mins. added to that is the warmup, cooldown and stretches (7 mins) which are provided separately. although a few exercises were repeated, the variety was quite good. i used to not like the blank screen pauses between each exercise... but at times today i found them to be great for catching my breath or grabbing a drink of water. so, i quite enjoyed this workout and look forward to doing the full body, level 2 workout which is 72 mins long, sometime. the 1 minute exercises can be mixed into a large variety of workouts ranging in difficulty level, length, upper body, lower body, abs, full body. after that i did another selection from 'caribbean workout:stretch into yoga' called 'flex yoga', which started out with sun salutation A, then concentrated on stretching out the hips, butt and legs. this included pigeon, love that one. the whole thing felt great. these short (20 mins) yoga workouts are really good for add-ons and wow, you cannot beat the price of all of the caribbean workout dvds. :*carolyn.
