I'm really proud of myself! I have done BFL more on than off since the end of last April. I had a 4 week break in July, 1 week break over Thanksgiving and 1 week break over Christmas. Some weeks I cheated every day (not very many) and some weeks I was perfect. This is the best shape I have been in, EVER! This morning I ran HIIT on the treadmill and my " 10 " was a minute at 9.0, that's really fast for a shortie like me. I thought I'd be able to get like this in one challenge, then that turned in to two challenges, then three, and now I don't what challenge, what week or day, it's just an ongoing thing. Today I asked my husband, " what did I used to eat before BFL? " , neither of us could remember. Anyhow, I just wanted to share my results with you all, I know I'm more of a lurker, but I read everything and I have gotten an amazing amount of inspiration from this group. Thanks so much!
