Guest guest
Welcome Lyn. I'm sure you will have a great journey this 12 weeks. I'm starting challenge #2 today in hopes to see a great 6 pack by May 8th, 12 weeks from now. I think this next challenge will even be easier since the days will be getting longer and warmer. I'll be able to do the more activities outside which I greatly prefer. The gym is fine for a while, but I really prefer to run on a trail by the lake and bike out in the country around our house. I also really prefer riding my show horses outside rather than in an indoor arena. The horses seem to prefer it too. It was a really nice day yesterday, about 30F and sunny with about 5 inches of snow on the ground so I took my horse on a little trail ride through the woods and along the pasture fence line next to the woods. It was nice to see the sun again. I live in mid-Michigan, so sunlight during the winter is rare. Keep us up to date on your progress. Chandra > > G'Morning all!
