I have not lost a single pound(on the scale that is). :-( Yes, yes, yes I have lost 3 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of lean muscle, BUT STILL!!!!COME ON!!!! I know, I know that the closer you are to your " ideal weight " the harder it is to lose weight. BUT STILL!!!! Please, can someone show a sliver of light? A spark?........something?
