Guest guest
Dear Joni, Actually, I'm looking for recommendations for a core/stability ball. We have a medicine ball. I've seen those weighted ones with handles, too. I think one would be great for ab work. Thanks for the links. I'll check them out. lyn -- Re: ~~Recommendation needed for core ball - - from lyn > I've purchased 2 core balls during this past year, > a Gaiam and a Reebok - neither held air, and I had to > add some every few days. You can go back to the old style leather medicine balls which now come in different weights - no air in them: http://tinyurl.com/bealv On the same site, check the lefthand column for exercise balls which brings you to that entire section - see the weighted ball with handle (cute huh?) and then in the middle they have the usual rubber exercise balls too in various sizes. Another good online site for all sports equipment is FogDog Sports at: http://www.fogdog.com (check under fitness/medicine balls) joni --------------------------------------------- *Lift well, Eat less, Walk fast, Live long*
