Dear Joni,

Actually, I'm looking for recommendations for a core/stability ball. We

have a medicine ball. I've seen those weighted ones with handles, too. I

think one would be great for ab work. Thanks for the links. I'll check

them out.

You can go back to the old style leather medicine balls which now

come in different weights - no air in them:

On the same site, check the lefthand column for exercise balls which

brings you to that entire section - see the weighted ball with

handle (cute huh?) and then in the middle they have the usual rubber

exercise balls too in various sizes.

Another good online site for all sports equipment is FogDog Sports
