Hello and good morning!

First question: I love my Coffeemate creamer with my coffee. I know

it probably isn't the best thing for me, but I use French Vanill Sugar

Free. It has 15 calories in 1 Tbsp. 0 protein, 1g carbohydrates.

What do you think? Should I quit using it?

Second question: Those of you that have EFL book. The Eggs and Oats

on page 226. I usually hated oatmeal growing up, but I thought I

would try it. It says to make the oatmeal according to package

directions, which is 1/2 oatmeal (which that's what recipe calls for)

and cook with 1 cup water for 2 2/1 min to 3 min. I did this and

then it says to add 1/2 c milk. What? I'm confused, I did this and

it does not look like the picture. Help?
