hey guys and dolls, went thrift store hunting with mom. she is moving to another apartment and was looking for some cheeap tables to redo for her stero and one to the guinea pig cage on. at DAV(veterans) had muscle endurance for $2. well NO way was i leaving without it LOL!!! they had crunch 10 min. abs and 10 min. buns but each was $2 each and i don't think $2 is worth a ten minute workout. other then that is was the same ole 80s stuff that i wasn't interested in. i am making copies of more stuff b/c last night my sis told me she was going to get serious about losing her weight 1 yr after her c-section. she bought lisa nuziella's(sp?) salsa and hip hop workout pack at BJ's for $10. she said it looked good but hasn't tried them yet but if she didn't like them we could do a swap. i think i can get another set of bands cheap and she can have power 90 sculpt videos i have. and i was going to give her my

bryan kest vhs yoga. she used to go to yoga classes so she might find more motivation with those. i have extra copies of minna's strength and grace and buns 3 that i think i will give her. i know she needs something quick b/c her and her dh work weird times and of course the baby is just starting to walk so he needs to be watched before he packs up and run LOL!!!! well i am thinking after recording this copy of muscle endurance i should put in some pilates and try to release tension in my back and something off this belly. i don't drink anymore so cheez-its were my drink last night. trying to hold out until monday to hear where they are going to place grandpa. i don't want to freak out until i hear something but waiting is a witch. have a great night. kassia
