Guest guest
The photos in the book BFL, did those people REALLY get those results in 12 WEEKS? It seems unbelievable with how i'm doing. I can understand 12 or 24 pounds lost, but I cannot believe some of those results weren't 2 or 3 challenges. thanks, - Etana
Guest guest
Yes, they did it in 12 weeks. They're champions because their results were *extraordinary* and not the norm. Of all of the thousands of packets turned in every year, those are the people who blew away the competition. They're not the results the average person can expect from giving it sort of an average effort. What was that thing I said? You'll never achieve extraordinary results by taking average measures... or something like that. Maybe see: How to Have a Dramatic Transformation - or Not http://www.skwigg.com/id64.html We've watched enough champs and finalists post their daily progress from beginning to end in the online clubs to know that their transformations are real. We watched their 4-week freak-outs and quizzed them about their cardio and followed their crazy end-of-contest diets. In this group alone, check out the photo folders for: Weeks - musclechic2001 (2000 finalist) - nheyrman (2005 finalist) Mina's Transformation Pics - epro3 (2000 runner-up) - that was 1 year of BFL, see her final 12 weeks here: http://www.bodyforlife.com/challenge/champions/2000/bio.asp?comp=mina_hobbi We're ALL Champs Here! - myoplexlite (think she was a 1999 runner up) Off the top of my head, that's all I can think of from this group. The Hank s and s and Adairs and Pam Browns of the world we're all active participants in other online groups and have a slew of witnesses to their transformations. Plenty of them did enter more than once and didn't win or even successfully finish the entire 12 weeks until the third or fourth try.
