I just looked up pecans on fitday and noticed they are very high in fat. But almonds don't seem too bad. And I am guessing that they need to be counted as both carbs and protein? Also a quick question for y'all. Bill Philips mentions waiting for an hour after cardio workout for max fat burning. Does the same apply after weight training or is it better to eat something soon after a weights workout? Thanks so much in advance for any replies!
