Guest guest
Donna, I look forward to hearing what you think of this one!I finally got off my duff and did 10 Minute Solution: Fat Blasting Dance Mix with Galardi. is a super instructor and I, Mademoiselle Klutz, was able to follow ALL of the choreography just fine! This one is a bit easier choreo wise than the Crunch dance parties.Section 1 is Simple Slimmer. It shows you some basic moves to warm you up and put you into the dance frame of mind. Section 2 is Calorie Meltdown. I wouldn't go *that* far, but the moves are more intense and are faster than in the previous section so you do sweat more here for sure. I liked this section a lot because it felt the most hip-hoppish and I felt successful at it! Section 3 is my favorite, the Fat Burning Party. The choreography is even simpler than in section 1, but you use more upper body movements along with "stomps" that get the heart rate up. For some reason this had a "Turbo Kick" feel to it for me, even though the moves weren't kickboxing. Section 4 is the Butt & Thigh Blaster. Think watered down version of Slim in Six maybe? Some basic lunges and squats with dancey arms, my least favorite section.Section 5 is Ab Attack. The standing abwork is nice, especially in the beginning and the end of the segment. In the middle are some belly dance moves that I felt could have been left out and something more athletic and effective in it's place but it's a dance workout so whatever! As with the other 10 Minute Solution workouts, this is nice! Certainly not a "must have", but nice! I wanted to do another workout today by my good friend is picking me up for bingo - a total blast, and cultural experience if you've never done it! It's a hoot and a half, and sometimes you even win!G56,
